  This is Leah Chapman, and BEWARE OF THIS PRACTICIONER. She will fraudulently try to charge your medical insurance for dental services. When your medical wont pay (because she is not an MD) they will refuse to bill your dental and leave you responsible for the cost. DO NOT GO TO THIS OFFICE. Doug O'dell is much more professional and his staff does all the billing legitimately and with no hassle.
